WHISKY TOURS

If you're interested in the history of Scotch whisky, the Leith Whisky Trail and the Edinburgh Whisky Trail are the tours for you! Each walking tour is followed by a whisky tasting featuring some 'blast from the past' drams.

If the new kids on the Scotch whisky block pique your interest, then the Kingdom of Fife is the place for you! The Fife Whisky Trail focuses on an area rapidly emerging as a true whisky destination. And as the 'birthplace' of Scotch whisky, there's plenty of history here as well!

If you'd rather explore at your own pace, the self-guided Borderlands Whisky Trail covers several distilleries across two countries! The information here should enable you to plan and make the most of this unique whisky area.

Of course, we offer bespoke tours to other areas and/or distilleries too! If you have something or somewhere specific in mind, just get in touch!

We've received recognition, in partnership with Visit Scotland, that we're following government and industry COVID-19 guidelines to ensure processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and social / physical distancing.

Our walking whisky trails take place outdoors with a maximum of just 6 people per tour. In this way, we can ensure the 2 metre social distancing measure is in place along the route as well as at the various tour stops.

Hand sanitiser will be made available if required.

Following the walking tour, the whisky tasting will take place indoors at a venue which strictly adheres to Food Hygiene and Health and Safety standards as well as the government's current COVID-19 guidelines.

Toilet facilities will be available at the tasting venue.

Due to the small group size, a 2 metre social distancing measure will continue to be in place within an area designated for the tour group's sole use.

A member of staff will pour the whisky in advance and place the glasses on individual tasting mats before the group's arrival. Water will be brought to the table, by a member of staff, as required.

If you have any questions regarding any aspect of our whisky trails, please don't hesitate to send us an email:
