(scroll down for Whisky Tours)

Date: Friday, 18th June 2021

Time: 8pm - 10pm

Venue: 18 Craigmillar Park, Edinburgh. EH16 5PS.

Getting there: Lothian Buses - 3, 7, 8, 29, 31, 37, 47 and 49 all stop right outside / 24 and 42 all stop nearby at Lussielaw Road, Rankin Drive or Gordon Terrace / 38 stops nearby at Gordon Terrace.

Join us in the cosy Whisky Lounge at 18 Craigmillar Park for five fantastic whiskies (all 35ml pours - the clue is in the club's name!)

During the course of the evening, you'll find out what's in store for this new, exclusive whisky club. However, the main focus of the evening will be meeting up in person to enjoy some delicious drams together in great company after such a long time apart.

Although restrictions are easing, there are still a few in place. So, to ensure everyone is comfortable, there's a limit to 14 'real life' places for this first event.

If you'd like to join us but can't (or have just got used to the comfort of your own living room!), the tasting will also take place simultaneously on Zoom so you can tune in from home and still take part. There are only a handful of tasting packs available for this first tasting (there'll be more available for future events) and the Zoom details will be sent to you once you've received your tasting set.

Although this isn't a blind tasting, some folk like the element of surprise on the night. But if you'd like to know which drams will feature, just send me a quick message.

We've received recognition, in partnership with Visit Scotland, that we're following government and industry COVID-19 guidelines to ensure processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and social / physical distancing.

Our walking whisky trails take place outdoors with a maximum of just 6 people per tour. In this way, we can ensure the 2 metre social distancing measure is in place along the route as well as at the various tour stops.

Hand sanitiser will be made available if required.

Following the walking tour, the whisky tasting will take place indoors at a venue which strictly adheres to Food Hygiene and Health and Safety standards as well as the government's current COVID-19 guidelines.

Toilet facilities will be available at the tasting venue.

Due to the small group size, a 2 metre social distancing measure will continue to be in place within an area designated for the tour group's sole use.

A member of staff will pour the whisky in advance and place the glasses on individual tasting mats before the group's arrival. Water will be brought to the table, by a member of staff, as required.

If you have any questions regarding any aspect of our whisky trails, please don't hesitate to send us an email:
